Track Requests: Follow up with operations teams and customers to ensure repairs are completed on time.
Log Data: Enter detailed notes, customer details, and repair statuses into the company CRM or database.
Explain Policies: Inform clients about warranty coverage, service timelines, and repair procedures. Key Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1+ years in a call center, dispatch, or customer support environment.
Skills: Clear verbal communication, active listening, basic computer literacy, and multi-tasking under pressure.
