Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards tracking sales trends, financial targets, and profitability metrics.
- Strategy Optimization: Identify areas of underperformance and recommend strategic corrective actions to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Sales & Funnel Management: Monitor the sales pipeline, evaluate win/loss ratios, and coach regional or divisional teams on closing deals.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between sales, finance, and marketing departments to ensure commercial processes run smoothly and meet corporate targets.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Typically 5-8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial management, or business analytics.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and business intelligence/data visualization tools.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of budgeting, pricing strategies, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive reports for senior management.
