Revenue Optimization: Analyze and maximize ROI, manage pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, or new markets.
Process Improvement: Review and enhance sales forecasting, commission structures, and commercial processes to boost efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals and to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3–8 years in commercial, sales, or business performance roles (often requires experience in data analytics or strategic planning).
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, Excel, and CRM software (like Salesforce) to interpret complex datasets.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and ROI modeling.
Communication: Ability to present insights to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
