Job Description:
Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Build and execute long-term category roadmaps for subcontracted services aligned with overall company goals.
Sourcing & Tendering: Lead Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate bids, and run competitive bidding events for complex subcontractor packages.
Contract Management: Negotiate commercial terms, statements of work (SOW), service level agreements (SLAs), and risk provisions with legal oversight.
Supplier Performance: Monitor vendor delivery, track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
Risk & Market Analysis: Track subcontractor market trends, labor costs, capacity limits, and build contingency plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal project, engineering, and operations teams to forecast needs and manage demand.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 8+ years in strategic sourcing, subcontract management, or category procurement—ideally within manufacturing, construction, or technical industries.
Core Competencies: Expert contract negotiation, deep financial/cost analysis, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership.
