Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and digital messages, addressing inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with patience and empathy.
- Sales & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant products and services to meet individual and team quotas.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic to advanced technical or product issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
- Data Management: Accurately log, update, and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM database.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow established call scripts, company guidelines, and data protection policies to ensure consistent service quality.
Essential Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role is typically preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, complemented by strong active listening skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating CRM software, multi-line phone systems, and maintaining fast, accurate data entry.
- Soft Skills: High adaptability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain composed under pressure or during difficult interactions.
