Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle large amounts of inbound inquiries and make outbound calls (such as for follow-ups, sales, or customer feedback).
- Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Actively listen to customer needs, research issues, and provide helpful solutions or alternatives.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or upgrades to meet team quotas.
- Data Management: Log, document, and update all conversations and customer information accurately into the CRM database.
- Process Transactions: Process payments, returns, and applications directly within the company's system.
Essential Skills
- Communication & Active Listening: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information clearly.
- Empathy & Patience: Ability to understand customer frustrations and maintain a calm, professional, and positive attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating CRM platforms (like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot), call software, and multi-line phone systems.
- Multitasking: Capability to talk to customers, navigate software, and type notes simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Quick critical thinking to find effective solutions and know when to escalate complex issues to a supervisor.
