Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and execute long-term strategies for unit growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
Financial Management: Full accountability for P&L, budgeting, cost estimation, and revenue forecasting.
Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, including production, quality control, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain.
Client & Customer Relations: Maintain high-level relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff; manage hiring, training, and performance to build a motivated, high-performing team.
Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing or similar principles to drive productivity and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3–5+ years of related experience in management, production, or finance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is often preferred.
Leadership & Communication: Strong capability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate strategy, and motivate staff.
Financial & Analytical Ability: Proficiency in analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, P&L) and market data to drive business decisions.
