Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting processes, cash flow modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Business Strategy: Partner with department heads to evaluate the financial viability of new projects, pricing strategies, and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS) and internal control policies. 
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate finance, financial analysis, or accounting, with proven leadership or team management experience.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Mastery of financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and SQL.
  • Certifications: Professional credentials such as a CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly preferred by employers. 
Soft Skills
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify financial trends, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
