Job Description:

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in warehousing, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain services.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, RFPs (Request for Proposals), commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Solution Development: Partner with Solution Design and Operations teams to create customized logistics solutions for clients.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Target Achievement: Deliver on revenue targets and company sales goals. 
   

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development within the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract logistics, warehousing operations, and supply chain management.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new business, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
