Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate sales bills, invoices, and digital receipts using Point-of-Sale (POS) or pharmacy software like MARG ERP.
Payment Processing: Handle cash, card, UPI, and online transactions while reconciling daily cash registers and collections.
Inventory Management: Monitor medicine stock levels, check expiry dates, manage batch numbers, and handle sales or purchase returns.
Customer Support: Assist customers with their medicine purchases, read basic prescriptions, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date supplier and customer transaction files and prepare daily collection or stock reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: 10+2 (Intermediate) or any Bachelor’s degree (B.Com or BBA preferred; a D.Pharm or B.Pharm is a plus but rarely mandatory for billing-only roles).
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in retail pharmacy, hospital billing, or data entry.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office or pharmacy billing software, strong typing speed, and good communication skills.
