Job Description:

• Invoice Management: Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Data Entry: Code and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system (e.g., ERP software).
• Payment Processing: Process, prepare, and execute payments via ACH, check, or wire transfer in a timely manner.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or invoice mismatches.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and tax regulations (e.g., 1099 filing).
• Record Maintenance: Maintain organized historical records and digital files for audit purposes.
• Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Month-End Support: Assist with closing processes and accruals. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and numerical reconciliation.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for vendor correspondence.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
