Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and coach service advisors, technicians, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
Customer Support & Satisfaction: Oversee day-to-day customer service, resolve escalated complaints, and implement loyalty programs to turn buyers into advocates.
Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer retention rate, service turnaround time, and repair quality.
Warranty & Parts Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, manage supply chains, and process manufacturer warranty claims.
Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, track service revenues, and ensure profitability of the aftersales division.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay customer feedback and product performance data to product development, sales, and marketing teams.

Essential Skills & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, inventory management systems, and data analytics.
