Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage the service workshop, parts department, and technical staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle complaints, warranty claims, and ensure high levels of satisfaction to foster loyalty.
- Financial Management: Meet or exceed monthly service sales, profit targets, and budget goals.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices for repair quality, customer follow-ups, and service turnaround times.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and set performance goals for service advisors and technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in service management, preferably with a technical background in the relevant industry.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, coach staff, and manage performance.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills for handling customer disputes and client relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
