Operational Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing budgets, and optimizing service efficiency.
Team Leadership: Coaching and mentoring technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
Parts & Service Sales: Driving revenue through the sale of spare parts, accessories, and maintenance contracts.

Key Requirements & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in customer service management, technical service, or parts management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specific product (e.g., Automotive, Machinery) and its technical aspects.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership ability to guide teams and excellent communication skills to manage customer relationships.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve technical disputes and handle escalated customer issues.
