Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Office Support: Greet visitors, answer phone calls/emails, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Data & Records: Perform data entry, maintain files, update databases, and manage employee/student records.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and schedule appointments or travel arrangements.
  • Office Maintenance: Oversee office supplies, inventory, and assist with general organization.
  • Project Assistance: Support various departments (HR, Marketing, Operations) with special projects. 
Requirements & Skills
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, ideally, digital tools like G-Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management.
