Key Requirements:
✔️ 5–10 years of accounting and finance experience
✔️ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and reporting
✔️ Experience using Sage accounting software is preferred
✔️ Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and technology solutions
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Fluent English, both written and spoken
✔️ Proactive, curious, and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial analysis
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities
* Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
* Develop and improve finance processes and controls
* Create dashboards, reports, and business insights for leadership teams
* Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support financial decision-making
