Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Financial Recording: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and balancing ledger accounts.
Compliance & Tax: Filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local/international laws, and managing VAT/TDS.
Analysis & Budgeting: Analyzing financial data to forecast trends, create budgets, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Certifications: CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA qualifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail and capability to analyze complex financial data.
