Job Description:

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Help design long-term business strategies, goals, and roadmaps. Translate high-level priorities into actionable operational targets and metrics. 
Governance Frameworks: Maintain and update governance structures, policies, charters, and decision-making processes. Coordinate management review meetings and track executive action items.
Quality Assurance & Risk: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics. Identify operational risks, track compliance trends, and lead root-cause analysis or corrective actions (CAPA).
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare executive-level dashboards, audits, and performance reports for leadership. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, data, legal, and operational teams to harmonize standards and promote best practices. 
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, risk management, quality assurance, or governance roles.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, process mapping, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Familiarity with frameworks like ISO, Six Sigma, or GxP is often preferred depending on the industry.
