Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee disputes, mediate conflicts, and conduct investigations.
- Talent Management & Hiring: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, insurance plans, and compensation structures.
- HR Strategy: Analyze HR metrics to provide insights to management and drive employee engagement and development.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 5–10 years of experience in HR, often with experience in specific industries like technology or manufacturing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Systems: Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto).
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
