Job Description:

Responsibilities
Solution Design & Engineering: Review tender documents, RFPs, and MEP drawings to design systems like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
Estimation & Costing: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), bandwidth/storage calculations, and competitive cost sheets.
Tender & Bid Management: Draft compliance sheets, technical write-ups, and deviation logs for major commercial or government bids.
Stakeholder Coordination: Meet with consultants, clients, and OEMs to present solutions and clear technical doubts.
Project Handover: Ensure a smooth handoff of technical scopes and documentation to the project execution and delivery teams post-award. 
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
Experience: 7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in ELV/ICT system design, estimation, or presales.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IP networking, low-voltage protocols (BACnet, Modbus), and security sub-systems.
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office (Advanced Excel), and industry design tools.
