Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by serving as their dedicated point of contact. 
  • Business Growth: Identify customer needs to propose tailored solutions, proactively upselling and cross-selling products or services. 
  • Issue Resolution: Act quickly to investigate and resolve client complaints to protect the company's brand and prevent customer churn. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product/service delivery teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
Account Strategy: Analyze client data, track satisfaction scores, and conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and spot trends.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide consultative advice to clients.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence (empathy) with the ability to negotiate and build rapport easily.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking to troubleshoot conflicts and deliver effective, quick solutions.
