Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
* Source and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
* Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
* Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talent.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
* Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
* Stay up to date with recruitment trends and the UAE job market.

Requirements

* Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within real estate or a fast-paced sales environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to identify and attract top talent.
* Confident, energetic, and highly organised personality.
* Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong English communication skills.
UAE recruitment experience is an advantage.
