Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Procure raw materials and production consumables at competitive prices ensuring timely delivery
- Request and evaluate quotations, preparing comparative analysis charts for review
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved specifications and delivery schedules
- Obtain sales contracts and invoices from suppliers; ensure documentation is complete
- Coordinate with Finance for timely issuance of LCs for foreign orders and PDCs for local purchases
- Track order status and provide timely updates to relevant departments
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods
- Maintain and update key procurement records: Import LC register, LC priority list, transit tracking, and Raw Material Cost list.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering field with 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in technical items within the PEB industry.

Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP procurement modules
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic will be an added advantage.
