Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Documentation: Setting up the production office, managing contracts, processing invoices, and distributing scripts, schedules, and daily call sheets.
- Logistics Coordination: Arranging travel, accommodation, work permits, visas for cast/crew, and coordinating equipment rentals
.
Communication Hub: Acting as the main point of contact between departments (e.g., lighting, set design, wardrobe) and production managers to resolve issues.
Wrap-Up: Closing out vendor accounts, returning equipment, and finalizing paperwork at the end of a production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to handle, prioritize, and manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with crew, vendors, and agents.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard databases, scheduling tools, and office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to tackling unexpected logistical or operational challenges.
