Job Description:
Responsibilities
Sourcing and purchasing marketing collateral, promotional merchandise, or category-specific products tailored to client and sales requirements.
Negotiating pricing, contracts, and service level agreements with external vendors and agencies.
Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team to forecast campaign needs and align budgets.
Evaluating vendor performance based on pricing, delivery speed, and product quality.
Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive pricing, and alternative suppliers.
Maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory flow, and vendor communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
Analytical mindset with an understanding of market pricing dynamics.
Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
