Job Description:
Responsibilities
Sourcing & Evaluation: Find and vet vendors for IT hardware, software licenses, and cloud services.
Technical Review: Translate IT team requirements into exact hardware/software specifications.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and license terms.
Vendor Management: Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and contract compliance.
Cost Optimization: Perform market analysis to reduce IT spending while maintaining high performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT sourcing or technical procurement.
Strong knowledge of software licensing (SaaS, enterprise agreements) and hardware infrastructure.
Familiarity with ERP or procurement tracking platforms.
Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities.
