Job Description:

• Calendar & Meeting Management: Strategically managing business and personal calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas and presentations.
• Correspondence & Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, exercising judgment to filter inquiries, and drafting responses on behalf of the Chairman.
• Travel Coordination: Organizing complex travel logistics, including flights, visas, and accommodation.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handling sensitive company and personal information with high discretion.
• Administrative Support: Taking meeting minutes, maintaining records, and preparing reports using MS Office.
• Liaison Duties: Acting as a liaison between the Chairman, Board Members, and Senior Management. 
   

• Experience: Often requires 5+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
