Key Responsibilities
* Drive outdoor sales activities to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
* Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with customers, dealers, fleet buyers, and direct buyers across the UAE and export markets.
* Proactively prospect and develop new customers and strategic buyers to enhance sales volumes and market penetration in end-user markets.
* Conduct extensive market coverage to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry developments, and strengthen market presence.
* Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer trends, and market demand.
* Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market performance reports to management.
* Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and professional account management.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation through order finalization and after-sales coordination.
* Follow up on payment collection, customer documentation, shipment coordination, delivery timelines, and required export/re-export procedures.
* Ensure compliance and proper handling of relevant VAT documentation, taxation requirements, customs processes, and shipping formalities.
* Coordinate effectively with internal teams including logistics, operations, finance, and documentation departments to ensure seamless order execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Graduate.
* Minimum 4–8 years of proven experience in Outdoor Automotive Sales within the UAE (mandatory).
* Strong experience in automotive trading and re-export business is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the UAE automotive market, dealer network, and export market dynamics.
* Good understanding of vehicle documentation, shipping/logistics, taxation, customs, and VAT procedures.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities.
* Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficient at Microsoft office (esp. Word/Excel).
