Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Logistics & Support: Coordinating daily operations, managing supply chains, and overseeing office inventory and equipment.
- Process Improvement: Updating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), reviewing workflows to increase efficiency, and reducing costs
.
Communication Hub: Serving as the central point of contact for staff, management, clients, and vendors.
Data & Reporting: Maintaining operational data in systems (CRMs, shared drives), preparing reports, and assisting with budgets.
Project Coordination: Supporting project managers with scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in office management, logistics, or an administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or inventory software.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
