Job Description:

• Data Management & Systems: Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), generating reports on HR metrics and ensuring data privacy.
• Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, manage benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans), and handle tax filings in coordination with finance.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and orientation to exit interviews and final settlements.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Process Improvement: Support the implementation of HR initiatives, tools, and systems to streamline workflows. 

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, HiBob, SAP) and payroll systems.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail for handling confidential data and compliance requirements.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
