Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of new employees.
-Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
-Support employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
-Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
-Handle UAE visa, labour, renewal, and cancellation processes.
-Support disciplinary and grievance investigations.
-Coordinate employee training, identify training needs, and prepare the annual training calendar.
-Prepare job descriptions, experience certificates, employee clearances, and official HR documents.
-Issue internal memos and maintain notice board communications.
-Prepare payroll, overtime, annual leave, and final settlement calculations.
-Coordinate with insurance companies and handle general administrative duties.
-Maintain employee attendance, leave, and absence records.
-Ensure personnel files are accurate and up to date.
-Promote a safe working environment by reporting unsafe behaviors.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR & Administration role.
-Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
