• Surveying/KPI Analysis: Measure workplace sentiment through surveys, monitoring employee engagement, turnover rates, and productivity.
• Program Development: Create programs focusing on employee wellness, mental health, recognition, and work-life balance.
• Culture Improvement: Build a positive, safe, and collaborative culture centered on gratitude, appreciation, and open dialogue.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a liaison between employees and senior management to address issues affecting morale.
• Training & Coaching: Educate employees and managers on stress management and positive leadership techniques. 
   

• Empathy & Communication: Strong listening and interpersonal skills to build trust.
• Data Analysis: Experience with measuring KPIs related to employee satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development.
