F&B COORDINATOR

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Coordinate daily operations across F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to service standards and brand policies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports on sales, labor, and food costs; manage menus, POS systems, and documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with vendors to manage inventory efficiently.
  • Event Coordination: Review BEOs, liaise with Sales and kitchen teams, and ensure proper setup for banquets and functions.
  • Quality & Safety: Maintain sanitation standards, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Guest Service: Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries or special requests.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Generally 1+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality operations.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MICROS systems, MS Office, and inventory software is often required. Strong communication and organizational skills.
