• Instruction and Curriculum: Design, develop, and deliver lesson plans that meet educational standards and engage diverse learners.
• Assessment and Feedback: Conduct ongoing assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
• Classroom Management: Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment, managing behavior through positive reinforcement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Meet with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and work with colleagues to improve teaching standards.
• Professional Development: Participate in training, workshops, and stay updated on educational best practices. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Certification: Valid teaching license or state-required certification.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and technological skills.
