Job Description:

• Creative Concepting: Developing the overarching "look and feel" for campaigns or projects by creating mood boards, storyboards, and sketches.
• Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and delegating tasks to design staff (e.g., designers, illustrators, and production artists).
• Visual Direction: Approving all visual elements, including photography, video, and layouts, to ensure they meet quality and brand standards.
• Project Management: Establishing budgets and timelines, coordinating with external vendors, and overseeing production from concept to final delivery. 
   

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related visual arts field is typically required.
• Experience: Most roles require 5+ years of experience in a creative field, often starting as a Graphic Designer.
• Portfolio: A robust digital portfolio showcasing high-level conceptual thinking and diverse design work across print and digital media.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities to present ideas to clients and stakeholders effectively.
