Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Overseeing facility cleanliness, inventory management of office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Documentation & Records:
     Handling filing systems, preparing reports, managing invoices, and updating MIS records.
Communication: Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinating travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms, and organizing company events.
Support Functions: Assisting HR with onboarding, employee records, and supporting accounts with expense tracking.
 
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organization: Excellent multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
