3D Designer (Three-dimensional Designer) Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop 3D models and animations based on project requirements
• Collaborate with creative directors and other team members to ensure consistency in visual style
• Use 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D
• Create textures and materials to enhance the realism of models
• Work with lighting, shading, and rendering to create high-quality visuals
• Optimize models for performance without compromising quality
• Review and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software tools
• Produce detailed documentation and presentations for clients

3D Designer (Three-dimensional Designer) Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience in the gaming or film industry
• Knowledge of game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity
• Understanding of motion capture and rigging techniques
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D design projects
• Familiarity with AR/VR technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
